My name is Tni LeBlanc, I am a real estate broker and native of the Central Coast of California. Mint Properties is my own independent real estate brokerage. Before becoming a real estate broker, I obtained a law degree and Master’s degree from Georgetown University. Later, I practiced law in Washington, D.C. and Santa Barbara, CA. Hi,
I appreciate the response to my question on Trulia. I will quickly tell you about me, what I am looking for, and if you can help that would be great! I want to own something, anything, I am tired of renting. I live in Grover Beach, currently paying 1200/mo, with no problem. I am not sure which route to go as far as Foreclosures, REO’s, or HUD. It is important to me that I stay in the five cities area because I have a daughter in Arroyo Grande high school, she is a junior, working on an academic/softball scholarship. It would be wonderful and a long dream of mine to own a home on my own.. Maybe you know of a really good deal for me.

I am interested in foreclosures. I would like a second home on an ocean front in the south part of California to middle part of California. In a nice subdivision. We are looking to spend about $300,000 to $500,000. Can you make any suggestions?
